Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Advance Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the class.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time are non-refundable and cannot be credited.

No-Shows: Students who do not attend a class without prior notice will be charged in full for that session.

Illness or Emergencies: We understand that unexpected situations arise. Please contact us as soon as possible; exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Program Cancellations: If a class is canceled by the instructor or program, a full refund or class credit will be provided.

Weather or School Closures: Classes canceled due to school closures or severe weather will be credited or rescheduled when possible.
